IMDES Academic Artwork 2025

Please note that submission already submitted to or published in IMDES Academic Artwork 2025 are not accepted for publication in other IMDES conference.

Once a submission has been rejected, the author cannot resubmit either an amendment to the submission or another submission for the same issue of the conference.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

The artwork and manuscript does not infringe upon anyone’s copyright and is free of PLAGIARISM, maximum 20% turnitin result.

All IMDES Academic Artwork 2025 must meet the following criteria to be recognized by the committee:

Research-based: The activity must align with the definition of research and established non-traditional research practices

Publicly presented:

  • The IMDES Academic Artwork 2025 should be publicly accessible.
  • The output must be presented to an external audience.
  • Clear credit must be given to the authors.
  • Independent: The work should not be primarily coursework, teaching-related, or student-produced.
  • Well documented: All IMDES Academic Artwork 2025 must be well documented, meaning they should include clear and detailed records of the development, methodologies, and supporting materials.
Research Contribution:
  • Researcher(s) should emphasize the contributions of their work by highlighting key findings and the novelty of their research.

  • Additionally, they should align their IMDES Academic Artwork 2025 with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to ensure that their work answers broader global objectives.

Supporting Evidence: Supporting evidence for research significance should accompany the submission. For more details, see the suggested type of evidence under each category.

RESEARCH STATEMENT REQUIREMENTS

Research statement should be submitted through the online submission form by system.

Submission document should adhere to the conference submission template. Please refer to Submission Template

If accepted for publication, the submission's style will likely be slightly modified to provide consistency across submissions. There may also be minor editorial edits to ensure the academic rigour of the language, grammar, and spelling. British and American English Language are acceptable, but spelling and punctuations conventions should be consistent with the form of language used.

Only submission that demonstrate the following attributes will be accepted:

  • Written in correnct and fluent English Language at a high academic standard.
  • Applicable to the theme and topics covered by the conference.
  • IMDES Academic Artwork 2025 is submitted to the correct category submission, providing the necessary submission requirement with research contribution and significance.
  • IMDES Academic Artwork 2025 submission is publicly accesible.

Authors whose command of English is not at the level outlined above are responsible for having their research statetement corrected by a native-level, English-speaking academic prior to submitting their IMDES Academic Artwork 2025 for publication.

These standards are non-negotiable and stricly enforeced by the Honorary Chairs, Advisory Board and General Chairs.

  1. Title: The title of the research should be 20 words or fewer.
  2. Abstract: The abstract summarizes the project's purpose, methods, results, and significance; written in 250 words or fewer.
  3. Research Background: The research background should provide a clear overview of the relevant research field; written in 250 words or fewer.
  4. Research Contribution: The research contribution highlights the technical and creative process, key findings and novelty introduced (New knowledge and innovation of metholodogies, timeline, originality/innovation); written in 250 words of fewer.
  5. Research Significance: The research significance should provide impact and potential influence according to Sustainable Development Goals relevancy and/or impact in the academic field. Please refer to each categories required submission of Research Significance. While we acknowledge that it can take considerable time for Artwork to develop research significance after it first becomes publicly available, additional evidence of research significance can be added to Artwork records at any stage in the reporting process. However, validation of research content cannot be delayed indefinitely while waiting for additional research significance evidence to accumulate. Please provide evidence of gatekeeping, at point of funding or distribution; as well as evidence of impact and/or esteem measures.
  6. Research Evidence: Please include accesible links to the documented works and production process.
  7. Research Acknowledgement: Acknowledgements provide proper credit to funding sources and collaborators. List here those individuals who provided help during the research (including providing language help, writing assistance, or proofreading the article).
