The IMDES Artwork Exhibition will be held alongside the IMDES Academic Conference on July 26 – August 3, 2025. The Artwork refers to research outcomes presented in forms other than traditional academic publications (such as journal articles or books). The Artwork encompasses creative and innovative works with academic value and practical contributions, including designs, films, visual art, interactive projects, installations, and digital media. In academia, Artwork is recognized as a valid and impactful form of research, particularly in fields like art, design, and media, as it reaches broader audiences and delivers direct benefits to society and industry. IMDES Academic Artwork 2025 will represent a groundbreaking initiative, being the first event of its nature hosted by a university in Indonesia. The outcomes of this exhibition will be documented in a e-catalogue with an ISBN, ensuring proper recognition and dissemination of the showcased works.

• Submission Deadline: May 4, 2025
• Notification of Acceptance: June 12, 2025
• Early Bird Registration: June 12 – 22, 2025
• Regular Registration: June 23 – July 6, 2025
• Exhibition Date: July 26 – August 3, 2025 (at National Art Gallery Langkawi)
