IMDES FOR STUDENT 2025 Student Conference Plan The main event for students will be held on May 15–16, 2025 at Universitas Multimedia Nusantara Campus. In the Student IMDES 2025 conference, the submitted papers will be presented and followed by question and answer session with panelists and participants. The primary target participants expected to attend this seminar are third- or fourth-year undergraduate students. The estimated number of participants is a total of more than 50 student papers that will be presented in an oral presentation. The output for the student conference will be a Proceedings Publication with an ISSN, ensuring the proper academic documentation and recognition of the students' contributions. Student Exhibition Plan Student IMDES Exhibition 2025 will be held on May 15 – 30, 2025. In this exhibition there will be an exhibition of artworks by undergraduate students, which will be open to the public. These works will be exhibited onsite at the NUSAKARA Art and Design Center and Lobby B Universitas Multimedia Nusantara. In the Student IMDES Exhibition 2025 exhibition, design practitioners will be invited to provide feedback on selected works in the joint exhibition. The output for the Student Exhibition will be a e-catalogue with an ISBN, ensuring the proper documentation and recognition of the students' creative contributions. This theme emphasizes the importance of innovative, thoughtful design solutions that bridge gaps and build connections between people, communities, and the environment to create a more sustainable future. By focusing on “Creating Connection: Intelligent Design for a Sustainable Future,” the conference aims to be a catalyst for change, inspiring participants to develop and implement design solutions that contribute to a more sustainable and connected world.
